In 2024, he established Ross & Associates Tax Academy to translate every system, SOP, workflow, and client-service standard from his real-world practice into a structured education path for the next generation of tax professionals.

Mason continues annual professional development through the IRS, Fast Forward Academy, and the National Association of Tax Professionals — modeling the same continuing-education and ethical-practice discipline the academy teaches every student.

Chief Financial Executive Officer

Daisy Ross serves as Co-Founder & Chief Financial Executive Officer of Ross & Associates Tax Academy, overseeing the financial operations, business systems, and long-term strategy of the institution.

For the past 6 years, Daisy has worked alongside Mason H. Ross Jr. inside an active tax practice — personally trained by Mason in tax preparation, client workflow systems, office operations, and professional client service standards.

She continues annual professional education and operational training each year alongside the academy mission, modeling the same commitment to continuing education and ethical practice that the academy teaches every student.
